Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These terms apply when you use services provided by Sparta Books & Pay LLC ("Sparta Books & Pay", "we", "us"), including any connection we make to your QuickBooks Online company. By authorizing that connection or using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and related support. Our software connection to QuickBooks Online is an internal tool we use to do this work for you. It is not a product we sell or license to third parties.

Your authorization

You confirm that you are authorized to grant us access to the QuickBooks company you connect. We will only access and change data as needed for the services you have asked for. You can revoke our access at any time from your QuickBooks account settings or by telling us in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for reviewing the reports and entries we prepare. We do not provide legal advice. Tax return preparation and filing are handled by a licensed outside professional unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Data and privacy

Your data remains yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in your written service agreement with us.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page.
